Because you need to keep life moving, warranty work will never get in your way.
In cases where warranty repairs require your JAC T9 to be off the road, known as Vehicle Off Road or VOR, you'll be given a JAC T9 loan vehicle with a towbar, paid for by JAC[W1].
This is an industry-first for Ute drivers in Australia. JAC's pulling out all the stops to get you back on the road quickly.
JAC T9 approved owners can access a Warranty Loan Vehicle[W1] when their vehicle requires warranty repairs that make it undriveable (Vehicle Off Road/VOR).
The repair must be covered under warranty to qualify.
Owners with driveable vehicles requiring warranty repairs (such as seat trim issues) do not qualify for a JAC Warranty Loan Vehicle.
A JAC T9 dual-cab ute with a towbar (wherever possible, or another vehicle).
JAC covers the full cost of your loan vehicle during warranty repairs.
For general damage incidents: If you are responsible for the damage, your excess is $600 plus GST.
For multiple damage incidents within the same respective hire period further charges may apply. See your relevant agreement with Carbiz for more details.
Warranty Loan Vehicles are provided by a third party: Carbiz Rentals ABN 41 612 352 217. Apart from any excess that the customer may be responsible for paying under the terms of the Warranty Vehicle Loan Agreement, JAC will be responsible for paying the cost of your loan vehicle.
Your local JAC Dealer will arrange this as part of your Vehicle Off Road (VOR) warranty repair service.
You will need to sign Carbiz’s Warranty Loan Agreement, and provide your driver’s licence, e-tag and credit card.
Carbiz has a fleet of over 2000 vehicles including JAC T9 Oasis, all of which have a towbar. Carbiz will provide an alternate vehicle for the customer upon receiving approval from JAC.
